RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Wraggs to Riches Wigs, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We are committed to enhancing our products, processing, and services.
Returns/Refunds:
- All products, lashes, hair extensions, custom wigs, and sale items are finale sale.
Exchanges:
- Full Lace Wigs- *Non-customized, *unaltered, and *unworn full lace wigs exchange request must be made within 48 hours of shipping & tracking receipt. Please email support@wraggstoriches.com
- Ready to Wear Wigs- Non-refundable/non-exchange due to customers specific customizations, preferences, and head measurements.
- Create Your Own Wig- Non-refundable/non-exchange due to customers specific customizations, preferences, and head measurements.
- Hair Collection Items- *Non-customized, *unaltered, and *unworn bundles, lace frontals, and lace closures exchange request must be made within 48 hours of shipping & tracking receipt. Please email support@wraggstoriches.com
- Minx Lashes- *Non-customized, *unaltered, and *unworn minx eye lashes exchange request must be made within 48 hours of shipping & tracking receipt. Please email support@wraggstoriches.com
- Sale Items- No exchanges.
Important refund, return, and exchange info:
- Only exchange request made within 24 hours of receiving will be eligible for acceptance.
- *Non-customized- Must be no bleaching of knots and no plucking of hairline/knots.
- *Unaltered- Must be in original label and packaging, must not have label torn or removed, must not be brushed, combed, colored, washed, wet, cut, etc. OR
anything that changes the original form of product.
- *Unworn- Federal regulations indicates that human hair products that have been worn may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- *Exchanges are processed at customers expense. Wraggs to Riches Wigs will return exchange standard delivery. Additional shipping request are processed at customers expense.
