At Wraggs to Riches Wigs, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We are committed to enhancing our products, processing, and services.

 

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please look for your order to arrive in USPS packaging.

 

• Your order will be processed in 3 days excluding holidays and weekends.
• Some products/items are automatically on pre-order without notice due to nature of product, therefore shipping time can be extended an *additional 7-14 days.
• All custom wigs and ready to wear wigs require 5 days processing time and an *additional 7-14 days for shipping.
• Standard shipping after 3-5 days processing time is normally 3-5 days shipping excluding holidays and weekends.
• During sale campaigns your patience is appreciated because we need an *additional 24 hours processing time and an *additional 3-5 days shipping time.

 

*Additional means extended time beyond our standard processing and shipping policy.
